Program Outcomes

Improve activity levels and exercise capacity of participants

Provide individually tailored group exercise sessions that are fun, social and free

Prevent and manage chronic health conditions in older Tasmanians

Enhance awareness of the benefits of physical activity

Who is Eligible?

  • Aged 55 and over
  • OR aged 45 and over if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • Reside in Tasmania – specifically these regions
  • Are at risk of developing or currently have a chronic health condition
